A residential care provider in the UK is looking for a Senior Care Assistant to support residents' physical, psychological, and social needs. Candidates should have a Level 3 in Health & Social Care and possess strong communication and leadership skills. The role includes personal care and leading shifts while encouraging staff development. As a Senior Care Assistant, we ask you to care for our residents like they are your own family, caring for their Physical, Psychological and Social needs. Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals. As a Senior Care Assistant, you would also be responsible for the medication round, as well as leading the shift. We would love to hear from you if you have previously worked as a Senior Care Assistant, Care Giver, Homecare Worker or Community Support Worker, as we provide full training, we also welcome applications from candidates who do not have previous senior experience but have a passion for care with a valid qualification.
