Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent required.
• Qualification in supervisory or line management or relevant experience to NVQ 4 or equivalent level.
• Experience within a customer care, healthcare or social care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day line management of up to six team members.
• Oversight of team responsibilities including data entry and referral management.
• Support SPA administrative duties including data validation.

Skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

Experience in line management

Clerical and administrative experience

Education

GCSEs or equivalent

NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience
