I'm helping a wealth management company find an interim Business Analyst to join them on a major cost reduction transformation programme. The organization aims to reduce costs, improve efficiency and implement a new operating model covering people, processes and systems.
The role will involve working with various key stakeholders across the business to find out where the costs can be reduced and inefficiencies exist. It includes understanding their requirements and processes, analysing the business, documenting findings and presenting via PowerPoint to the key stakeholders with what needs to be implemented.
They are seeking someone with prior experience of working on cost reduction transformations or major operating model changes. Strong track record in business analysis is required; ability to use findings to inform necessary changes. Experience from a Big 4 or major consulting background would be a benefit; otherwise strong PowerPoint skills are needed.
Role is for an initial 6 months on an outside IR35 contract. Hybrid working between Central London and remote.
Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level. Employment type: Contract. Job function: Analyst and Finance.
