What you’ll do:

• Take on a variety of professional and project-based building surveying instructions
• Lead contract admin, prepare specifications, and manage tender processes
• Conduct condition, defect, measured, and damp & mould surveys with precision
• Advise clients on design, maintenance, refurbishment, and remediation solutions
• Produce clear, actionable reports and recommendations
• Build lasting client relationships and represent the consultancy with professionalism

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Building Surveying (or related field)
• MRICS qualified or on the path to chartership
• 2–5 years’ experience in a consultancy environment
• Proven ability to identify and report on damp and mould issues (a strong plus)
• Broad technical expertise across sectors and project types
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple projects with ease
• Commercially aware, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
