• Approximately 5+ years’ experience in private funds.
• In-depth knowledge of fund structures and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working on Luxembourg domiciled private funds preferred.
• Proficient in project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager for fund launches and liquidations.
• Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory matters.
• Coordinate board and committee meetings, preparing necessary documents.
• Assist in fund transactions and shareholder communications.
