We are a national Banking & Finance Practice Group with an enviable list of clients and transactions to our name. We regularly advise high profile clients, consisting of UK and global financial institutions, private equity houses, funds and corporates on complex domestic and cross‑border transactions and are able to utilise our strong domestic and international network of specialists.
We have an opportunity for a Senior Associate (4PQE+) to join us in Birmingham, working as part of the national Banking Practice Group to support a broad range of banking transactions across Corporate Finance and Leveraged Finance. The candidate will therefore gain experience of working with private equity sponsors, corporates, banks and funds.
The role will involve working on a wide range of finance matters and given the breadth of our practice, the candidate will need to have the ability and desire to turn their hand to a range of work. We believe that the variety and experience on offer across a number of specialisms is a positive differentiator.
Team members of all levels are expected to be engaged in business development activities, including organising and attending larger set‑piece marketing events as well as more ad hoc / opportunistic meetings.
