Overview

Konker is recruiting a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an impressive architectural practice based in Manchester. You will be joining a well-immersed company in the AJ 100 with six offices around the UK and approximately 190 staff.

This practice has a strong reputation within the commercial field and undertakes commissions throughout the UK on all building types. They are a multiple award-winning practice with a portfolio spanning retail, residential, leisure, offices and industrial projects. They currently have numerous large-scale retail-focused projects underway for the foreseeable future.

This RIBA Chartered practice is represented by a Director-led design team comprising Architects, Technicians, Landscape Architects and support staff. The practice emphasizes deliverability, design flair and technical expertise, aiming to understand clients’ goals and deliver real value.

Responsibilities

• Join the Manchester office and contribute to projects as a Senior Architectural Technologist.
• Work as part of a team on larger-scale projects; for the right projects, you will be able to project manage them.
• If you have prior experience in project running, you can lead larger projects.
• If you prefer to focus on the drawing side of the project and avoid project running or site visits, leverage the practice’s adaptable approach.

Requirements

• Experience using Revit is preferred; the role expects a senior level with the ability to contribute to drawing and project delivery.
• Strong collaboration within a Director-led design team and ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Salary & Benefits
