Role Overview

The Senior Advocacy & Partnerships Executive is an integral member of Community X SEEN’s influencer marketing division, supporting the delivery of impactful, culturally relevant, and beauty-specialist influencer campaigns for clients across the SEEN network.

Working closely with the Influencer Marketing team, this role helps to bring campaigns to life through talent sourcing, creator outreach, trend monitoring, brief development, reporting, and strong communication with creators, agents and clients.

A passionate social‑first thinker, the Senior Advocacy & Partnerships Executive has a strong understanding of beauty, social media culture, and the creator landscape, and demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to learning within the fast‑moving world of influencer marketing.

This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong relationship‑building abilities, and a collaborative mindset – working cross‑departmentally with the Advocacy team, Social Media team, and wider SEEN Group divisions to deliver cohesive, high‑quality work.

As part of SEEN Group’s dedicated influencer marketing division, you will have the opportunity to grow within a highly specialist team shaping the future of beauty in influencer culture. You’ll develop hands‑on experience, build strong industry relationships, and contribute to campaigns that push creative and strategic boundaries across the beauty landscape.

Core Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and delivery of paid influencer.bs campaigns across the divisions client portfolio
  • Assist senior colleagues in executing campaigns to a high standard – managing outreach, negotiations (where appropriate), tracking deliverables and coordinating timelines
  • Draft and manage creator briefing materials, ensuring clarity, creativity and alignment with brand goals
  • Identify, vet and build relationships with influencers and creators across existing and emerging social media platforms
  • Maintain positive working relationship with talent and agents, providing timely communication, clarity and support throughout campaigns
  • Consistently build strong relationships with talent and agents, ensuring a trusted network that supports creative excellence, industry insight and seamless campaign delivery
  • Monitor the creator landscape for emerging talent and opportunities that elevate campaign impact
  • Stay current on social media trends, beauty culture, platform updates and best practices in influencer marketing
  • Share insights proactively with senior team members to contribute to strategic thinking and creative campaign development
  • Review influencer content for alignment of brands messaging, tone of voice and campaign requirements
  • Monitor campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools
  • Support with the analysis of influencer content performance and campaign data to contribute to post‑campaign reporting
  • Work collaborative with the broader Community X SEEN and SEEN Group divisions to ensure integrated project delivery and knowledge sharing
  • Maintain excellent communication with creators, agents throughout
  • Manage campaign trackers, schedules and documentation to support organised and efficient campaign delivery
  • Uphold accuracy and attention to detail in subcontracting and client‑facing tasks
