You'll be the strategic bridge between our clients and creative production capabilities, ad operations and talent teams, managing complex campaigns that span custom video productions, digital creative, social and media performance campaigns and experiential activations.**This is a fully remote / home based role.**As a senior member of the customer success team, you'll take ownership of key client relationships while mentoring junior team members and driving best practices across our operations.
