Job description
Overview

Senior Account Executive, Client Services role reporting to an Account Director, Client Services. You will work directly with high-profile clients and social platforms, sourcing and building relationships with multiple influencers across a range of verticals and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day management of creator and branded content campaigns across key social platforms, with a focus on our clients in the MENA region.
  • Review creator content to ensure it meets campaign briefs and expectations.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of the creator community and nurture relationships with creators and talent management agencies.
  • Support strategic creator research, vetting, sourcing and outreach to ensure relevancy and diversity.
  • Oversee campaigns via the Waves platform, including briefs, content uploads and creator payments.
  • Set up campaigns correctly across our platforms and tools including Waves and Monday.com.
  • Support Account Managers and Senior Account Managers with daily campaign statuses and client updates.
  • Contribute to end-of-campaign reports to help exceed client expectations.
  • Assist with events and workshop initiatives.

  • High energy, ability to multitask, and prioritization across several projects.
  • Proactive team player with a positive approach and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships internally and externally.
  • Calm under pressure and willing to contribute to day-to-day tasks when required.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
