Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders.
  • Capacity to support transition planning for students.

Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for Schools regarding High Needs queries.
  • Arrange and host visits to the college for relevant students.
  • Liaise with parents and support with individual transition plans.
  • Attend school EHCP reviews as required.
  • Identify current students needing transition support.
