Qualifications

AWC Staff Services are seeking an experienced Security Engineer to join our client's Systems Operations Field Service team. The engineer will deliver PPM, reactive calls, and small works, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Carrying out routine servicing, testing, inspection, repairs, and installation of fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and associated equipment.
  • Documenting and recording all works in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and team members, using basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role carrying out PPM, reactive calls, and small works in the Fire & Security Systems industry.
  • Service test and inspection experience to the relevant standards/codes, including fault‑finding techniques.
  • The ability to take initiative and work with little supervision.
