A local council in the UK is seeking a School Crossing Patrol Officer to ensure the safety of children crossing the road at school times. This operational field-based role requires punctuality, reliability, and strong public engagement skills. The position is term-time only and includes providing traffic control signals to maintain pedestrian safety. Uniform and training will be provided.
Permanent, Term Time – £13.00 per hour, Location: Wickford, Working style: Operational field-based worker.
Support schools once in the morning and once in the afternoon, ensuring the safety of all pedestrians crossing the road to and from school and its surrounding locations. We are looking for a punctual and reliable individual, approachable and enjoys engaging with the public.
