A leading not-for-profit housing association based in Manchester is seeking a Scheme Manager. This role involves providing a high-quality housing management service, offering tenancy advice, promoting independent living, and managing low-level anti-social behaviour. The ideal candidate will have experience working with older individuals and strong interpersonal skills. The position is temporary for up to 6 months with a salary of £25,374 pro rata, and requires a full driving licence and access to a vehicle. Benefits include generous annual leave and a supportive work environment.

37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm
Temporary position for up to 6 months
We have an opportunity for a Scheme Manager to join our team based in South Manchester, primarily Whalley Range and Chorlton areas with travel across the region to provide cover for other Scheme Managers. You will be responsible for providing a high quality housing management service which will include providing tenancy advice, following communal repairs and promoting independent living. This is a rewarding yet challenging role and is ideal for someone who has previous experience of working with older people in a housing management setting and is aware of safeguarding concerns.
