Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in system performance monitoring and anomaly resolution.
  • Solid understanding of space system behavior on orbit, including thermal dynamics and RF communications.
  • Ability to translate system-level engineering context into operational guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical quality of mission operations ensuring SLAs are maintained.
  • Assess strategies for addressing performance issues in collaboration with teams.
  • Manage performance requirements of asset profiles to accurately represent mission needs.
