Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and processing incoming sales enquiries
  • Greeting and engaging with all customers
  • Logging and qualifying sales opportunities
  • Making follow-up calls and scheduling appointments
  • Handling customer correspondence
  • Maintaining an accurate sales diary
  • Presenting and demonstrating products and services
  • Appraising and test driving part-exchange vehicles
  • Conducting negotiations and closing sales
