A dynamic technology firm in London is seeking an experienced SDR Manager to lead and develop a team of SDRs. You will be responsible for coaching, pipeline generation, and collaborating with key departments for successful execution of strategies. The role offers a competitive salary starting from £55,000 to £65,000, hybrid working conditions, and great benefits including annual development budget and comprehensive health cover.

As an SDR Manager at Xelix, you will lead, coach and develop a team of SDRs responsible for generating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, perfect for a leader who thrives in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and RevOps to refine our processes, build effective outbound strategies, and exceed pipeline generation goals.
💰 Competitive salary starting from £55,000-£65,000 depending on experience plus OTE
