We have an exciting new position within our dynamic sales team for a Sales Development Representative, SDR. You will be the main driving force behind our initial sales efforts, diving deep into leads, nurturing prospects, and setting the stage for significant business opportunities. This role reports to the SDR Team Leader and collaborates with the sales team to revolutionise the industry.

Main Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from campaigns such as our FCA integration as sales opportunities, focusing on Directly Authorised and Club Mortgage Brokers
- Contact potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present our company to potential clients, identify their needs using consultative techniques, and understand their demands and needs
- Progress prospective customers through the opportunity funnel, meeting targets for different stages
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and our AM/PDMs and senior sales personnel
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and pricing/payment plans
- Work closely with the SDR Team Leader to strategize and refine outreach methods
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance sales skills
- Support other channels of business through outbound/inbound sales calls, specifically with B2C and survey partners
Skills
- Proven work experience as an SDR, Sales Account Executive, or similar
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls and prospecting
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Desirable: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Desirable: Understanding of the industry and the company’s products/services
- Excellent resilience, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Driven and results-oriented, with a passion for sales
