Great news! A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Industry Commercial Services (ICS) division at Elis. If you enjoy connecting with new customers, building relationships, and achieving sales targets, this role may be for you. As a Sales Development Representative you will play a key role in expanding our customer base while enjoying great rewards and recognition.

Your Mission at Elis
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across your assigned territory.
  • Engage with potential clients through in‑person meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Understand and match customer needs with our products and services.
  • Develop a pipeline of prospects and manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Achieve and exceed individual KPIs and targets, driving revenue growth for the CIC division.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
What you will need as a Sales Development Representative at Elis
  • Previous sales experience, ideally in field‑based business development, account management, or similar roles.
  • A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and build lasting customer relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A self‑motivated, resilient, and results‑driven attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential, as the role involves regular travel across your territory.
