Responsibilities
  • Report to Head Housekeeper and support the housekeeping team in the day-to-day running of the department.
  • Clean guest rooms to the hotel standard.
  • Replenish linen and guest supplies.
  • Provide a great guest experience.
  • Report any maintenance faults and assist with lost property.
  • Ensure that all appliances, fixtures and fittings are safe and work in accordance with regulations; report faults to the Head Housekeeper.
Qualifications / Experience
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping environment preferred, or a willingness to learn and take on a new challenge.
