Earn up to £44,000 OTE with a £37,000 base salary.

What you’ll be doing

This is a permanent role based around the following locations:

  • Portsmouth
  • Southampton
  • Bournemouth
  • Winchester
  • Andover
  • Salisbury

You will be contracted to work 40 hours, four days a week, starting on a shift pattern with operating hours between 7 am and 8 pm Monday to Sunday, with the opportunity to do overtime if you choose. We will provide you with a Green Flag vehicle and you will start your day from home. You will diagnose problems and understand the requirements to resolve them, giving customers confidence to head off on their journey with no further interruptions.

What you’ll need
  • To be 21 years or over for insurance purposes
  • A current Category B driving licence is necessary
  • NVQ Level 2 or similar accreditation in light vehicle maintenance is preferred
  • Demonstrate empathy and a desire to always achieve the correct outcome
  • Experience in the Motor Repair industry
  • Experience of lone working (desirable)
  • Utilise and apply up-to-date vehicle repair techniques
  • Display and utilise best practice and first‑class Health & Safety behaviours
  • Collaborate with dispatch team to improve the customer claims journey
  • Use self‑initiative
