A central London based Architecture & Interior Design studio seeks an ARB Architect or Architectural Technician for a 6-month contract, focusing on RIBA stages 4-5 for multi-unit Residential and Hospitality projects. The studio operates a hybrid work model, with three days in the office and two days from home.

Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise including drawing packages and construction detailing.
• Proficiency in Revit with at least two years on live projects.

Responsibilities

• Primary focus on RIBA stage 4–5 for multi-unit Residential and Hospitality projects.
• Collaborate with the team in a hybrid work setup to execute projects.
