The Role

We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Executive to help scale our commercial engine.

This is a full ownership role for someone with early experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or CRM administration. You will own systems, data foundations and enablement operations that directly impact revenue performance.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on improving reporting, systems, building structure and delivering clarity to fast-moving teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own configuration and optimisation of HubSpot
  • Support rollout of new tools and processes
  • Ensure data integrity and governance
  • Maintain system documentation
Reporting & Insight
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports
  • Monitor KPI performance and data quality
  • Support forecasting and pipeline reporting
  • Deliver operational insight to stakeholders
Enablement & Documentation
  • Own onboarding documentation and training materials
  • Identify knowledge gaps and drive enablement initiatives
  • Lead or assist with live training sessions
Process Management & Optimisation
  • Own parts of the Rev workflow (e.g. lifecycle stages, onboarding, handover)
  • Design and improve processes
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive automation
Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing & Customer Success
  • Maintain shared definitions and metrics
  • Support GTM initiatives and launches

What are we looking for?
  • 1–2 years experience in RevOps / Sales Ops / Marketing Ops / CRM Admin
  • Practical CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Process-oriented mindset
  • Basic automation experience
  • Reporting / BI exposure
  • SaaS or martech experience
