What You’ll Bring to the Role

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast‑paced high street retailer (preferred).
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators, including sales, profit and service.
• The ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided and not essential).
