We review pay annually, with any increases taking effect from 1st January. You’ll also enjoy up to 28 days of holiday (pro‑rated for part‑time staff), with the option to buy or sell days, plus extra holiday the longer you stay—rising to 28 days after 3 years and 30 days after 5 years.
