Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager with a residential house builder.
• Knowledge of health and safety and building legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site.
• Implement health and safety procedures with emphasis on compliance.
• Motivate and manage directly employed site staff.
• Ensure site presentation and quality standards are maintained.

Skills

Effective communication and listening skills

Ability to work on own as well as part of a team

Proficient IT skills with Microsoft Office

Education

GCSE Maths and English – Grade C or above (or equivalent)

Valid SMSTS certificate

Valid First Aid certificate

Valid Scaffold Appreciation certificate

Valid LOLER certificate
