# Residential Communal Cleaner## Job IntroductionPinnacle Group is looking for a Residential Communal Cleaner to join our Homes Facilities Management Team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene of an Extra Care Housing Scheme in Huddersfield, HD4. Our Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented and Leasehold properties. We work with local authorities, registered providers and investors to support thriving communities. Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all residents & visitors. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence. We are offering a Permanent Role 15 ½ hours per week working Monday to Thursday 1.30pm to 4.30pm, Friday 1.30pm to 4pm, with the expectation of overtime to cover for sickness and annual leave for a morning shift.
