Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an inbound or outbound calling role is desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience of using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Research current construction projects using various sources.
• Interact directly with clients through internal CRM systems.
• Manage own workload to ensure timely delivery of project information.
• Achieve KPI measures related to project volume and quality data.
• Build relationships with construction industry contacts.
