Job summary

A leading public sector solutions provider is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow Welsh public-sector accounts. This role will involve building strong relationships with stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service to support regional decarbonisation goals. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B account management, business development or public-sector relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills with senior decision makers.
  • Knowledge of the UK energy market and Net Zero technologies.
  • Self-motivated and highly organised with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Welsh public-sector accounts to meet revenue and retention targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across products and services.
  • Prepare business cases and support tender responses.
