£12.30 per hour plus rolled-up holiday pay

We are looking to recruit creative, self-motivating, and resourceful individuals with a willingness to go the extra mile to provide personalised support to individuals with a learning disability at one of our Trafford services, based in Altrincham.
You will possess excellent communication skills, be resilient, energetic, and adaptable to meet the individual needs of the people we support. Good knowledge of the local community is essential.
We welcome candidates from all walks of life. A minimum of twelve months previous care experience is essential, as is a passion for providing person-centred care and support in a bright, friendly environment! A clean driving licence and willingness to drive service users’ cars are also required.
As a Creative Support Relief Staff member, you will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts nationwide and provides information on the service, including directions. You will be paid weekly.
