This is a dynamic and varied role where no two days look the same - you will provide cover and support across both Outpatient and Surgical Elective Booking teams, ensuring continuity of service and maintaining highquality, accurate booking processes.Youll manage waiting lists, schedule appointments and procedures, help build accurate theatre lists, liaise with clinical teams, and ensure patients receive clear and timely communication. Youll also support external outsourcing of elective procedures, ensuring all referrals and reporting tasks are completed efficiently.
