Job Type(s): Part‑time (23.5 hours) Duration(s): Permanent Schedule(s): Nights (rotational basis that includes weekends) Hourly Rate(s): £24.00

We are looking for Registered Nurses who are dedicated to making every moment count. Suitable applicants must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). As a Registered Nurse you will use your knowledge and professional judgement to ensure our residents’ health and wellbeing needs are met. You will also work closely with the Care Home Manager and staff team to provide the highest level of person‑centred care. This role requires excellent clinical skills and a passion for improving the lives of our residents.

The Role
  • Support the care, protection, and wellbeing of all residents by treating them with respect and dignity, assisting with their protection and promoting their independence.
  • Provide quality, evidence‑based nursing care to residents.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, as well as administering medications and assisting with NHS and GP visits.
  • Support care home staff, help with mealtimes, and act as Shift Leader when needed.
  • Maintain accurate nursing records, liaise with medical and non‑medical staff, conduct physiological assessments, and provide palliative care support to residents and their families.
  • Manage nursing equipment, conduct training, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Continuous professional development and adherence to the Parklands Quality Management System (Q.M.S) are essential, along with attending mandatory training and performing nursing audits.
