Role and responsibilities
  • Upholdinghigh nursing care standards byleadingthe team and ensuringthe shift runs smoothly by creating a safe and supporting environmentin line with NMC codes of practice
  • Deliverhands on clinical care,leadershipand supportto provide thehighest standards ofperson-centred care ensuring our residents live their best lives
  • Advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care for our residents and their families
  • Developandmonitorcomprehensive, tailoredcare plans and detailed risk assessments adhering to regulatory frameworks
What we are looking for
  • Valid NMC registration
  • Previousexperience leading a team(Desirable)
  • Excellentknowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practicesandregulatory frameworks
  • Professional,compassionateandmotivated-you’llpride yourself on your person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing
  • What’sjust as important is that youareorganised, flexiblein your approachand havegreat communicationskills
