A children's residential care provider in Saddleworth is seeking a Registered Manager for its services. The role involves leading a small team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a nurturing environment for children and young people. Job Title: Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Services
Location: Saddleworth, Oldham
Salary: £48,000 to £52,000 + Ofsted Bonus
Working Hour: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with On-Call Duties
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs – EBD and LD
Qualifications Desired: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
Qualifications Required: Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or Level 3 Residential Childcare
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years in a senior leadership role within Ofsted Registered Children’s Homes
