A leading charity in children's care is seeking a Registered Manager for a new residential home in Bicester. This role involves leading a team to provide high-quality care for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management and recent supervisory experience in a children's home. Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Location: Banbury, OX17
Provision: 3-bedded Children’s Residential Home (Ages 7–17, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties – EBD)
Salary: £47,611 – £50,606 per annum + up to £10,000 performance bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a brand-new 3-bedded home in Bicester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in building services from the ground up – from recruiting and developing a strong team to ensuring the home provides high-quality care in line with Ofsted standards.
You will work closely with the Responsible Individual and wider leadership team to deliver outstanding outcomes for young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
