Registered Manager- Learning Disabilities CIW

Location: Cardiff

We're looking for a Registered Manager who brings more than just experience- someone who leads withintegrity, humility, and a deep understanding of what outstanding care truly looks like. You'll be overseeing the operations of our 3 bed home in Cardiff. This service supports people with complex needs, predominately Learning Disabilities

This is the ideal opportunity for an ambitious Deputy Manager stepping into their first Registration.

We are looking for a Manger who is:

• Experienced in a leadership role within Residential
• Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
• Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality with Learning Disabilities
• Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
• Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
• Good awareness of CIW legislation, updates, changes and best practice
• Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Qualification
• Salary - up to £40 per annum
• Bonus Scheme - Earn 21% of your salary
