A leading children's care provider is seeking a Registered Children's Home Manager in Brackley. This role involves building and managing a new 2-bedded home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, and creating a supportive environment for young people. Salary: £46,781 per annum plus £10,000 bonus
Working Hours: 40 hours per week

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building services from the ground up, including recruiting and developing a strong team. If you have a deep understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and a commitment to improving the lives of young people, we want to hear from you!
