A specialized residential care provider in Bracknell is seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager. 37.5 hours per week
We are looking for an experienced Registered Home Manager to be the heart of our 4‑bed home in Bracknell, ensuring that every decision puts the young people first. As a Registered Home Manager at SWAAY, you will lead by example and empower your team to create a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for our young people to thrive and reach their full potential. You will understand how to make a house a home whilst leading excellent standards of individualised care, meeting the emotional, physical and developmental needs of the young people and guiding and developing the staff team.
