Qualifications

  • Proven track record in management or leadership roles.
  • Ability to inspire and influence teams to unlock their untapped potential.
  • Understanding of the Bathrooms industry or similar trade sectors.
  • Ability to examine and interpret complex financial and statistical information.
  • A clean UK Driving Licence for travel across your region.

Responsibilities

  • Drive performance by ensuring showrooms meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Coach Showroom Managers to proactively secure new business.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and expert product training.
  • Conduct regular site visits to audit showroom standards.
  • Foster strong partnerships between Showroom and Branch Managers.
