Working closely with TA leadership, you will become a key member of the team, providing sector knowledge with a thirst to progress.

You’ll be responsible for
  • Delivering end-to-end recruitment for external hires, ensuring compliance and best candidate experience.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and guide recruitment processes.
  • Building strong relationships across teams to support talent acquisition strategies.
