About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our growing team. You’ll be at the heart of our recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring new starters enjoy a seamless and supportive journey from offer to day one.

You’ll manage compliance checks, prepare contracts and induction schedules, and help build strong candidate pipelines for key roles. It’s an exciting opportunity to grow your HR and recruitment skills in a people-first organisation.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage pre-employment checks and compliance (RTW, DBS/PVG, references, occupational history).
  • Prepare and issue contracts, coordinating induction and training sessions.
  • Support candidate screening and shortlisting for priority roles.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in the ATS and HR systems.
  • Communicate clearly with candidates, managers, and partners to ensure an excellent onboarding experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in recruitment processes and candidate experience.
What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Experience in recruitment administration, onboarding or HR support.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and Microsoft or Google Workspace.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of safer recruitment, DBS/PVG, or compliance processes.
  • Experience in health & social care or another regulated industry.
