Post: Receptionist
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary Range: Grade 2, SCP 4-5 £25,185.00 - £25,583.00 FTE, pro rata salary £23,393.00 - £23,762.00
Working Type: Full Time, 37 hours per week, 41 working weeks per year (48.299 paid weeks)
Base: Dyke House Academy, Mapleton Road, Hartlepool, TS24 8NQ

Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming calls to the academy and deal with them efficiently and effectively.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they are recorded and issued with correct ID lanyards following safeguarding procedures.
  • Organise appointments and maintain an academy diary with all external guests.
