• Minimum experience in a Managerial or Supervisory capacity.
• Ability to monitor work progress against programme.
• Expertise in safety plans and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Company standards.
• Lead and direct staff towards completion of works.
• Monitor performance of Foreman.
• Maintain cleanliness of sites during and after work.
• Produce accurate site records.

Skills

Proven experience in Railway renewals and maintenance works

Knowledge of Pway site activities

Efficient in Microsoft Office

PTS, DCCR First Aid at Work

Full Driving licence
