• Ability to produce and maintain construction budgets.
• Skills in sequencing of works and critical path planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and direct staff to complete work safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all activities are compliant with Company standards.
• Monitor performance of site staff and report to Project Manager.
• Manage staff discipline, appraisals, and training needs.
• Ensure site safety and access records are maintained.
