Qualifications

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor supporting projects ranging from £100k to £5m.
• Experience within the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) environment.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering on large commercial projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial and contractual advice to Sales and Projects teams.
• Monitor and control project changes to ensure financial success.
• Manage contract and account management across various projects.
• Identify claim opportunities and develop required entitlement.
