Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of older people’s policies and CQC regulations.
  • Proven track record in quality/compliance management in social care.
  • Experience in gathering and interpreting data for compliance.

  • Monitor quality and compliance across allocated homes.
  • Conduct audits and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Lead projects and develop policies for continuous improvement.
