A leading independent contract caterer in the UK is seeking a Purchasing & Fleet Administrator. In this key role, you will support the purchasing team by maintaining the supplier database, managing the fleet database, and ensuring supplier onboarding. The position offers opportunities for growth and can be pursued as an apprenticeship to achieve a CIPS qualification. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills, with a willingness to travel occasionally.
Our head offices based in the beautiful village of Hook Norton near Banbury. Here you will find our teams of finance, HR, purchasing, marketing & creative that support all of our locations across the Thomas Franks family. There is ample parking space available when visiting.
We will be looking to hold first stage interviews in the new year.
As the Purchasing & Fleet Administrator for Thomas Franks, you will be a key member of the purchasing team and provide admin support for Thomas Franks fleet. You will be responsible for administering the supplier database and supporting the team with data analysis, onboarding new suppliers and approving supplier catalogues. You will be responsible for maintaining the fleet database and managing the inbox.
We are able to offer this role as an apprenticeship to study and achieve a CIPS qualification whereby you will be expected to complete your study within and alongside your day to day duties.
