Qualifications

  • Previous experience of working in a purchase ledger role.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure supplier invoices are matched to purchase orders.
  • Maintain ledger accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in the preparation of payment runs.
  • Carry out monthly reconciliations and month-end reporting.
  • Organise the inbox, matching records and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvements in processes and controls.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as requested.
