Role

As a Retail & Leisure Surveyor you will support lettings, acquisitions and client services across a varied commercial portfolio. You’ll help drive growth, enhance retail and leisure destinations and play an active role in shaping vibrant city‑centre environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage lettings and acquisition enquiries
  • Conduct viewings and support marketing activity
  • Use Kato and Co‑Star for disposals and research
  • Market retail and leisure properties
  • Carry out inspections, measurements and photography
  • Prepare marketing materials and maintain records
  • Assist or lead negotiations on lettings and sales
  • Research market trends and maintain comparable data
  • Draft reports, HOTs and client correspondence
  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
