PROPERTY MANAGER - DUNDEE

Welcome to DJ Alexander, where we know Scotland inside out. As part of Lomond, the UK's leading network of lettings and estate agencies, we cover Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, St. Andrews, Aberdeen with over 300 staff ready to assist our customers. We help people find, sell, and let their property.

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as Property Manager. This is a full‑time, permanent position located in Whitehall Crescent, Dundee, DD1 4AU. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The salary is £23,500-£26,000, dependant on 12 months related Property Manager experience, with use of company pool car.

Responsibilities
  • Team-Based Property Management: Coordinate efforts across your team to ensure landlords and tenants receive prompt and seamless service.
  • Viewings & Tenancy Negotiation: Act as the face of the property, conducting viewings and balancing prospective tenants’ needs with landlord expectations to secure win‑win agreements.
  • Marketing & Updates: Strategically promote and keep landlords informed to build trust and maintain strong occupancy rates.
  • Inspections & Property Visits: Conduct regular inspections (including rent arrears), inventories and checkouts, ensuring a peaceful resolution at the end of the tenancy.
Qualifications
  • Full clean UK driver’s licence.
  • Previous Property Management or industry‑related experience preferred but not essential.
  • Strong sales negotiation skills and competence in resolving conflict and disputes, written and verbal.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong customer service focus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and confidence in relaying information.
  • Process‑driven with efficient administration and organisational skills.
  • Ability to problem‑solve, stay calm under pressure and exceed client expectations.
  • Current legal right to work in the UK.
